Thoughts and Pictures from Nashville, Yosemite, and California Coast

Happy 4th of July Weekend… I just returned from a road trip….. 3 days and 925 miles……. As with most road trips, things didn’t go as planned…. No campsites, hardly any hotels, and WAY too many people, so the trip was cut short……

All that said, it was a cool trip that took Dennis and I to Fresno, Oakhurst, Mariposa, Yosemite Valley, Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Falls, Half Dome Village (formerly know as Curry Village, and still should be), bicycling thought the valley, Paso Robles, Cyucous, Moro Bay, Montana de Oro, and Solvang. So it was a good adventure and I had fun with my camera….

Also, I just recently went to Nashville, and there were some amazing sunsets….

Lastly, these trips took me down memory lane…… A lot to think of, appreciate, and consider….. I think I will be digging down and maybe commenting soon….. Seeing and visiting so many places from my past and brings fond memories, what could have been, mistakes, missed opportunities, and fortunate blessings. Most importantly consideration and heart exploration of the people who are and were parts of my life, the condition of my life, who I am, and recognizing I am pressing to much to find what my heart wants and not trusting the Lord and His plan for me.
